The National Hurricane Center has issued the first public advisories and information of the season regarding Potential Tropical Cyclone One.

As you can see from the images I included, there is a potential for a lot of rainfall and in hand with that, a moderate risk for flash flooding. It looks like tropical storm force winds will make the presence known on land sometime Wednesday.
